The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with a beach view right from our bed. The garden was impeccably maintained, rivaling even the Auckland Museum's botanic garden. The hosts, Christine and Drew, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was stunning, offering one of the most incredible sunsets I have ever seen. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hospitality and views were beyond words. Thank you for an unforgettable stay in your slice of paradise.

The rooms at La Casa Te Puru Lodge offer stunning views of the ocean or the Firth of Thames. It feels like waking up in paradise every morning!
Personally, I found the private bathroom to be a bit small. However, I understand that others may not mind the size and still enjoy it.

I had an amazing stay at La Casa Te Puru Lodge! The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The small kitchenette was a great addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional view from our room at La Casa Te Puru Lodge. The beach was visible from our bed, creating a truly picturesque setting. The owners were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cozy fireplace and electric blankets added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The well-maintained garden, reminiscent of a botanic garden, added to the overall beauty of the property. Despite being the only guests, we enjoyed having the bathroom all to ourselves. our experience at La Casa Te Puru Lodge was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to others.

The views from La Casa Te Puru Lodge are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The patio area overlooking the sea is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The hosts, Drew and Helen, are incredibly friendly and informative, making us feel right at home. The comfortable bed and well-appointed room made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the communal BBQ and kitchen area, which provided a great space for socializing with friends. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem in the Coromandel.

Our recent stay at La Casa Te Puru Lodge was absolutely amazing. We were in the area for a short vacation and chose this hotel for its stunning views and welcoming hosts. The rooms were comfortable and had a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing food. We also loved the communal outdoor kitchen. The newly remodeled bathroom in our room had a nice shower with good water pressure. The Maori Pa site and the beautiful gardens added to the charm of our stay. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the sunsets. The owners were incredibly friendly and chatty, making us feel right at home. The property was clean and tidy, with tea and coffee supplied. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula, with some of the best riding roads we've ever experienced. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had a delightful stay at this lodge overlooking the bay. the rooms, although compact, were very comfortable. What made the experience truly memorable was the warm and attentive care from Christine and Drew, the hosts. As soon as I arrived, they invited me to join them and their friends for some fun and welcoming conversation. the Mediterranean-style building is absolutely stunning, with its lovely furniture and decoration. the room, in particular, had a gorgeous Mediterranean flair. the surroundings were also amazing, with breathtaking views of the sea and well-maintained gardens. the location is perfect for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula and enjoying walks in the rainforest. I consider this lodge a great find and highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing, all was good 😊.

Excellent hosts, welcoming and friendly. Amazing location with stunning views. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good base for exploring the area. Lovely surprise of cheesecake delivery. Homely feel with nice furnishings. Friendly owner went out of their way to be helpful. Great combination of home-like atmosphere and privacy.
There was nothing I didn't like.
